Knotted Food by Ed Bing Lee

I believe that Art achieves its goal when it communicates with our feelings, by causing admiration, astonishment, sadness, etc. However, I do like when a work of Art makes me smile. This is the case of the knotted Art by Ed Bing Lee.

Ed is a talented artist from Philadelphia who has refined his craft over the years and is capable of delighting us with some great creations.

His works are made using materials such as waxed linen, raffia and cotton floss and he uses a macrame knot called half-hitch, although I don't know in what works he uses that knot.
