Conceived to promote and reward the excellency of a time-honoured artistic subject, the Blossom - Art of Flowers juried competition and exhibition started in 2007, sponsored by the Susan Kathleen Black Foundation.
Its second edition is open to artists worldwide wih 18 years of age or older at the date of entry (read exceptions)

With $25,0000 cash for the Best of Show Award and $40,0000 in additional cash awards, the Blossom II - Art of Flowers offers worldwide visibility to the selected artists through an online exhibition and a museum-quality catalogue, of which two copies will be given to each participating artist.
The selected works will also be featured in the 2011 Premiere exhibition at the Naples Museum of Art (Naples, Florida) on February 4, 2011.

The Blossom II - Art of Flowers will be juried by Beryl B. Simpson, Darlene Cecil, Jim Johnson, Michael Culver, Morgen E. Solberg, Richard Los, Stephen Doherty, Susan T. Fisher and Velerie Loupe Olsen.
